Nintendo's immensely popular Zelda: a Link to the Past was later rereleased on the Gameboy Advance. Along with this classic game, another new, innovative Zelda adventure was bundled: Zelda - Four Swords was the first game in the series to feature multiplayer gameplay. Two or four players may play, and all need their own Gameboy Advance & Link to the Past / Four Swords cartridge. The gameplay can shift from cooperative to competitive. Players can either attempt to solve new puzzles that require multiple players, or compete to gather the most rupees.
